RETURNS & SHIPPING

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, as we go above and beyond to inspect each item and ensure top quality before shipping.

 

We do understand that damages may occur during transit. If your order is received damaged please contact us via email at admin@shinynickelbeauty.net with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to exchange or replace your item immediately.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm Est. Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day (excluding holidays). Orders placed during weekends will be processed on the next business day (excluding holidays).

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of processing. Once processed you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email. Times vary but usually orders arrive in 2-5 business days.
