My Whole Foods Must Haves
Let me start by saying... I LOVE WHOLE FOODS MARKET! If you really know me, you know that I literally visit Whole Foods every day. Well mostly because I like to buy my dinner ingredients daily (I just prefer to buy fresh). But aside from dinner ingredients there are specific items that I ALWAYS go to Whole Foods for. So in this post you’ll find a few of my Whole Foods must haves... Enjoy 😉 then try a few and tell me what you think.
celery- I use quite a bit of celery weekly to make my daily celery juice so buying it can get expensive but If you’re a loyal customer like me, you know that Whole Foods recently reduced the price of their produce. So I always buy my celery from here.

guacamole- They make their in house guacamole fresh daily so I like to pick up a container to eat with chips or use on my avocado toast.

dried mangos- I'm a superfan of dried mangos. They truly satisfy my sweet tooth when I'm craving something sweet. They are naturally sweet so make sure you get the ones with no added sugar otherwise you may as well eat a bag of candy.

oatmeal- Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Oatmeal This is made with gluten-free oats, flax seeds, quinoa flakes, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and puffed amaranth make up this oatmeal. It's loaded with protein, heart-healthy fatty acids, fiber, vitamin B6, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and selenium. All of the flavors are delicious but the apple cinnamon pecan is amazing. I like to add tart granny smith apple and honey to mine.

chips- When I'm craving something crunchy and salty I reach for Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips in the lime flavor. These are gluten free and grain free and they taste amazing, especially the lime flavor. These go perfect with the homemade guacamole.

electrolyte supplement- Ultima Replinisher I swear by these electrolyte supplements especially on workout days. I keep them in my purse and add them to my water. They're made with all 6 balanced electrolytes plus support minerals, real fruit flavors, plant-based colors, sweetened naturally with organic stevia leaf extract and no sugar, carbs or calories. They come in a variety of flavors but I tend to stick with the lemonade.

collagen powder- Vital Proteins When I don't need an electrolyte supplement I always add collagen powder to my water. I'm loving this one by Vital Proteins. I like that it's odorless and tasteless. In case you don't know the benefits of collagen, here you go: Helps improve hair, skin, nails, joints and ligaments, and tendon health.

XCT oil- Bulletproof XCT Oil After reading about the benefits of XCT and MCT oils I decided to give them a try. They are essentially fatty acids that naturally occur in coconut oil, palm oil, goat milk and breast milk. Your body turns MCTs into molecules called ketones, which help burn fat, curb cravings and power your brain. Ketones give you incredible energy. You can add this oil to almost anything like coffee, smoothies, and recipes.

energy bar- I'm loving the Clif Bar Peanut Butter Banana with Dark Chocolate. before workouts if I don't feel like a 'real' breakfast I'll eat one of these or after my workouts I seem to always crave peanut butter so I'll have one then. Either way I'm loving these. They're organic, sustainable and soooo tasty.

These of coarse are just a few of my Whole Foods must-haves. Check back soon for more!
